Bibliomation "Established in 1980, Bibliomation is a member-driven, non-profit organization that provides for the technological and automation needs of over 40 public libraries and 24 K-12 schools throughout Connecticut." Library Connection "Library Connection is a service organization supporting 26 member libraries by providing an integrated library system, including a shared public access catalog, telecommunications, Internet, and e-mail services." LION "Libraries Online, Inc. is a consortium of library institutions committed to the promotion and extension of quality library resources and services. Through shared technology LION provides its members and their users with cost-effective automated services, easy access to a high quality bibliographic database, and easy access to other information resources." LEAP "LEAP (Library Exchange Aids Patrons) was formed in 1978 and was the first automation consortium in the state. Nine member libraries share one mainframe computer containing the database of holdings. The towns participating in LEAP are Cheshire, East Haven, North Branford, North Haven, Orange and West Haven." Southeastern Connecticut Libraries is a 3 library consortium consisting of Waterford Public Library, Groton Public Library, and Mystic and Noank Library.
