DAS has compiled a list of persons or firms that have been debarred in accordance with Section 31-53a of the Connecticut General Statutes, as amended. State Public Library Construction projects should not be using these contractors.
Using this guide, librarians and trustees can obtain a general estimate of their library's space needs, and help initiate a larger facilities planning process.
