This is the plan for the use of federal Library Service and Technology Act funds in Connecticut for the 2008-2012. The Advisory Council on Library Planning and Development endorsed the Plan at their June 2007 meeting. The LSTA Planning Committee included Chair, Carl Narwrocki, Friends of the Salem Public Library; Jean Lowry, Bishop Woods Elementary School in New Haven; Barbara Leonard, Friends of the Avon Free Public Lirary; Faith Damon Davison, Historic Presevation Department, The Mohegan Tribe; Candace Brown, New Britain Public Library; Mary Davis, Branford, Marion Sheehan, Canterbury Public Library and Douglas Lord and Sharon Brettschneider from the Connecticut State Library.
