• You must be logged-in with a CT affiliation to see Free and Reduced-Price courses. 
  
• Please do not sign up for more than three free courses at one time, and do not start a free course you don't intend to complete. 
  
• Free courses are made possible by the Connecticut State Library.  The State Library has a limited allotment of free courses so please be responsible when enrolling in courses.  Thank you!
  
• For Free Courses: be sure you are signed-in and have checked the "remember me" box.  Free courses should appear as $0. If they do not immediately appear for you, click on the "Courses" tab again.  You will still need to go through the "Add to Cart" and enrollment process. You will not be required to enter credit card information. The fields will be there, but they will be grayed out and not accessible.
  • In order to complete the checkout process, you must be logged in with the Remember Me box checked.
  • When you click Proceed to Checkout you will be redirected to the Shopping Cart to complete the checkout process.
  • You must enter an address before you can check out. Click Add New Address to proceed with the enrollment process.
  • After entering your address, click Save and then click Complete Order.
• Reduced-price courses (usually $25) will require payment by credit card.
