Collection Development
 With circulation statistics and door counts increasing in libraries all over the country, collection development assumes a central role in satisfying patron needs. It’s no easy feat to monitor ever-changing community interests, accommodate diversity, allocate funds for books/dvds/electronic journals/etc, and review new selections for quality and appropriateness.
