Public Library Annual Statistical Report and Application for Payment   
Background information on applying for and receiving state aid grants.

In order for a principal public library to receive state aid they must electronically submit a locked Public Library Annual Statistical Report and Application for Payment by November 15 of each year.  All Connecticut public libraries are encouraged to complete the Statistical Report.

Go to Bibliostat Collect to complete your Public Library Annual Statistical Report and Application for Payment.  You will need LOGIN and PASSWORD provided by State Data Coordinator.
