Improve the attitude, knowledge, and skills of local staff toward outreach to Spanish&amp;#045;speaking residents, with the longer&amp;#045;term goal of increasing the numbers of Spanish&amp;#045;speakers involved in public access computing at their local public libraries.&lt;br /&gt;3.	Increase partnerships among local libraries and other community organizations serving Spanish&amp;#045;speaking residents.&lt;br /&gt;4.
