MassCat Presentation

Statewide Integrated Library System Vision Statement
The Statewide Integrated Library System will provide all library users in CT with a single point of entry into all library content and services. It will replace current ILS systems and related policies, and reQuest, and provide authenticated access to locally licensed and iCONN databases.

The goal of the Open Library Environment Project is to define a next-generation technology environment based on a thoroughly re-examined model of library operations and connected to other enterprise technology systems. We also will have built a community of interest that can be tapped to help build the OLE framework.
