Performs general clerical work of considerable complexity and variety. Enters and retrieves information through a computer terminal. Provides information to the public requiring a knowledge of department programs and procedures. The skills and knowledge required would generally be acquired with a high school education and four years experience in general office work. Must posses the ability to type and operate office equipment.
